PayMed.ai provides general information based on the data you upload. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Our analysis is informational and should not replace professional guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit.
  • You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the unique report access URL.

4. Data Handling

  • Uploaded documents are automatically anonymized.
  • Original files are deleted immediately after processing.
  • Reports are retained for up to 7 days unless extended or deleted earlier.

5. Payments

Fees for analysis (e.g., per-report pricing) are stated on the website. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayMed.ai is not liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in uploaded documents.
  • Decisions you make based on our analysis.
  • Loss of access to your report if the link is lost after the expiry period.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

PayMed.ai owns the content, technology, and branding associated with the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
